Each cut is carefully selected, aged, and matured to ensure an exceptional product, displayed in the open meat display case, the restaurant's flagship.

An excellent restaurant specializing in meat dishes. In particular, you can enjoy the famous Florentine steak, as well as grilled meats, always accompanied by tasty side dishes. The appetizers are also excellent: try the crostoni with chicken livers or the platters of truly fresh cured meats and cheeses.
