In the vibrant heart of Florence, between the historic Santa Maria Novella train station and the imposing Duomo, Ristorante alla Griglia welcomes guests to a setting where elegance, tradition, and authenticity blend in perfect harmony. A place where cuisine becomes an experience and hospitality is an art to be cultivated daily. Our gastronomic identity is born from a respect for raw materials and the expert hands of our chefs, who transform select ingredients into dishes of extraordinary delicacy. A cuisine linked to Tuscany


The journey begins with our appetizers, conceived as small gastronomic jewels: hand-cut tartare that melts on the palate, expertly marinated carpaccio, cheeses and cured meats that exude the aroma of the hills and artisanal craftsmanship, fragrant bruschetta, and bold anchovies. These are tastings that open the door to an authentic experience, crafted with care and passion.


The first courses celebrate fresh pasta and the flavors that have made Tuscan cuisine beloved around the world. Ribollita, truffle pasta, Sienese pici, burrata ravioli, and the delicate notes of vegetables and mushrooms express the poetry of the region: simple, authentic, and profoundly elegant.

Our grill creates our second courses, where high-heat cooking meets the tenderness of the finest meats. Fragrant cuts, velvety fillets, intriguing combinations of porcini mushrooms, truffles, and pistachios: dishes that exude warmth, intensity, and tradition reinterpreted with sophistication.


Completing the menu's harmony are our side dishes, simple and authentic like Tuscany: roast potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, buttered spinach, fresh salads, artichokes with Grana shavings. Each side dish enhances, without ever overpowering.
